In the following list of activities in the course, each activity name is linked to its URL. Click any link to go directly to that activity. (Each activity opens in a new window. To return to this page, close the window.)
When you click any of the activity titles, you'll see activities presented in one of two frameworks depending on the type of interaction expected of the learner. Those activities designed for learner-to-computer interaction use a Basic-Intermediate-Advanced framework and these icons:
Activities in the other framework, Explanation-Practice-Application, require the learner to do somethng the instructor can observe (such as conversation practice) or collect (such as written documents). This framework uses these icons:
Icon colors indicate the difficulty level of the activities:
Blue (basic or explanation)
Green (intermediate or practice)
Red (advanced or application)
Most activities relate to CASAS competencies; these activities are indicated by CASAS numbers next to each activity name. The titles of activities that don't correlate directly to CASAS competencies are green in the list below.
